Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across multiple hotel properties in the region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding the corporate client base, and enhancing brand visibility in the Middle East market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Lead, motivate and manage the corporate sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and business partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals, particularly in the MICE segment.
• Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts and present performance updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry in the Middle East, especially MICE sales.
• Excellent strategic planning, revenue management and negotiation abilities.
