Corporate Sales Manager – Luxury Gifting

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury corporate gifting company in Dubai, is seeking a Commercially‑driven Corporate Sales Manager to expand its B2B portfolio across the UAE and GCC. The role combines hands‑on selling of premium, bespoke gifting solutions with strategic account development and close collaboration with creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a B2B sales strategy to acquire new corporate clients in luxury, hospitality, real‑estate, financial services, government and retail sectors.
• Identify prospects, conduct outreach, present tailored gifting concepts and manage the full sales cycle from pitch to contract negotiation and delivery.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production and operations teams to translate client briefs into customised proposals and quotations.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, spotting opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the luxury gifting space.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in luxury gifting, premium products, events, hospitality or related fields.
• Proven record of winning new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Established network of corporate decision‑makers in the UAE.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
