Corporate Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead end‑to‑end business setup, licensing, visa, tax and banking support for local and international clients across the UAE. The role combines operational oversight with client advisory, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations while delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete UAE company formation processes, including mainland, free‑zone and offshore setups.
• Handle business license applications, renewals, amendments and corporate restructuring support.
• Process residence, employment and Golden Visa applications, coordinating with relevant immigration authorities.
• Liaise with DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and free‑zone authorities for approvals and documentation.
• Oversee corporate tax registration, filing and compliance, as well as VAT registration, return filing and refunds.
• Administer FTA portal activities, audit assistance and regulatory updates.
• Support corporate bank account opening, KYC documentation and banking coordination.
• Maintain accurate client records, track renewal deadlines and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Provide continuous advisory services, progress updates and issue resolution to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in corporate services or business‑setup consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, visa procedures and Golden Visa requirements.
• Understanding of corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience working with DET, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and free‑zone authorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
