Corporate Strategy Officer (UAE National Only)

About the role

Join Etihad Energy's Corporate Strategy team to support strategic projects, business performance analysis, and executive reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing analytical insights that shape the company's long‑term direction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to feed strategy initiatives.
• Collect, organise and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Assist with benchmarking exercises and prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Support analysis of business performance, market trends and strategic opportunities, including business cases, financial assessments and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs for strategic projects and maintain project status trackers.
• Prepare presentations and materials for leadership meetings, strategy reviews and enterprise planning.
• Maintain strategy dashboards, reporting tools and governance records for Board and Committee submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy or Business Management.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑level materials.
