Corporate Tax Director – UAE Advisory Practice Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead and expand our Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role blends deep technical tax expertise with client leadership, business development, and team management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax structuring, and transaction matters.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, finance directors, tax heads and other senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposal writing and client relationship building.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing corporate tax team.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery and profitability of tax advisory projects.
• Stay current on UAE corporate tax law, FTA guidance, transfer pricing rules and GCC tax developments.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate and international tax, with strong UAE/Dubai market exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth, preferably within a Big 4 or leading tax advisory firm.
• Commercial mindset, strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
