Corporate Tax Manager – Finance Team

About the role

ADNOC Trading Limited is looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join its Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee direct tax and transfer pricing matters across offices in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Geneva, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Set standards and drive accurate, timely preparation of tax management information.
• Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimise liabilities and risks.
• Manage direct tax compliance (corporate income tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing) in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Geneva.
• Oversee indirect tax compliance (VAT/GST) in the same jurisdictions, currently outsourced.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate filings.
• Research and analyse tax issues, providing guidance on business decisions.
• Support internal stakeholders on cross‑border tax implications and intercompany transactions.
• Develop and maintain robust tax governance and control frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, Singapore and Swiss tax regulations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and ability to work across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external advisors.
