Country Retail Manager – UAE Luxury Jewellery

About the role

The Country Retail Manager will lead the performance of an established international fine jewellery Maison across the UAE, overseeing the boutique network and driving commercial results. This senior commercial leadership position requires deep knowledge of luxury retail, especially fine jewellery, watches or high‑end accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Own retail sales performance across all UAE boutiques, delivering annual targets and commercial objectives.
• Review and analyse boutique P&L, KPIs such as conversion, average transaction value, and client development.
• Coach and challenge Store Directors and Boutique Managers, setting clear expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Develop and execute client development strategies, focusing on UHNW and high‑value client segments.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product, finance, HR and operations teams on assortment, stock, launches and new store projects.

Required profile

• Significant experience in an international luxury brand, preferably within fine jewellery, high jewellery or watches.
• Proven track record of driving commercial performance and managing boutique leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of the UAE luxury market and client expectations.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on presence on the shop floor.
