Creative Design Intern – TikTok Design (Summer 2027)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Design Intern to join TikTok’s Design team in Dubai for the Summer 2027 program. The role offers hands‑on experience designing short‑video, live‑streaming and service experiences for a global audience, while collaborating with product, engineering and research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design for TikTok’s short‑video, live‑streaming and related services across consumer and business experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research and Data teams to iterate designs, generate creative concepts and deliver optimal solutions.
• Track global design trends, user behaviours and pain points to continuously improve the user experience.
• Support design implementation using Vibe Coding, collaborating with engineers on fidelity and style adaptation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to increase design efficiency and translate design requirements into clear technical specifications.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Design or a related technical discipline.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a global perspective.
• Passion for product design and curiosity about emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Full‑stack product design.
• Interaction design and UI fundamentals.
• Vibe Coding – building high‑fidelity prototypes with AI‑assisted coding tools.
