Creative Director / Producer

About the role

PodcastHub, a premium podcast and video studio in Dubai, is looking for a Creative Director / Producer to steer the creative vision and manage end‑to‑end production of podcasts, branded videos and social‑first content. This hands‑on leadership role blends strategic direction with practical execution, ensuring every piece meets brand standards and delivery deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a consistent creative direction across all audio‑visual content.
• Conceptualise original formats, episode structures and pitch ideas internally and to clients.
• Oversee the full production cycle: pre‑production planning, scheduling, shoot management and post‑production delivery.
• Write and review scripts, treatments, run‑sheets and shot lists.
• Direct talent, guests and hosts on set to achieve natural performances.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers and external vendors, allocating resources against timelines and budgets.
• Supervise post‑production processes—including editing, colour grading, sound design and graphics—and approve final deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales and client‑servicing teams to translate briefs into creative concepts.
• Monitor content performance and feed insights into future productions.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in creative direction, content or video production, preferably within a media house, agency or production company.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing podcast and/or video projects.
• Proven ability to run multiple productions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of the full production pipeline from concept to delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling and scripting skills.
• Confident communicator comfortable directing talent and presenting ideas to clients.
