Creative Interior Designer – Residential, Commercial & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves developing design concepts from brief to execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects while ensuring aesthetic, functional, and commercial goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client briefs, budgets, and project requirements.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, space plans, layouts, and detailed design presentations.
• Produce 2D drawings, 3D visualisations/renders, specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and maintain design intent.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, finishes, and mock‑ups.
• Select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, fittings, materials, and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, technical standards, and project specifications.
• Present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and support implementation and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant interior design experience with a strong portfolio covering residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work within budgets.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem‑solving abilities.
