Creative Producer – Personal Brand

About the role

This full‑time position is dedicated to building and managing the personal brand of our founder, Faruh Kurbanov. You will shape his presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, taking ideas from concept through to published post while working closely with the founder and a small, growing production team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the content strategy and visual style for the founder’s social channels.
• Produce reels, stories, posts and videos end‑to‑end, from scripting to final edit.
• Plan shoots, including locations, wardrobe and timing around the founder’s schedule.
• Brief and manage videographers, photographers, editors and designers, maintaining a high quality bar.
• Build and maintain a content calendar and adapt assets to each platform’s format and audience.
• Collaborate with external contractors (operators, editors, stylists) when needed.
• Track social‑media trends, propose new formats and handle personal content with discretion.
• Present content plans and performance results directly to the founder and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing social‑media content, preferably for a personal brand, founder or public figure.
• Strong visual taste demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Confidence directing shoots and briefing creative teams.
• Comfortable working closely with a senior stakeholder and moving quickly.
• Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
