Creative Producer – Photo & Video

About the role

COYA is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the production of premium photography and video content that showcases its luxury hospitality brand across global venues. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director, you will travel to our locations, capture the essence of our cuisine, mixology, music and art, and deliver compelling visual stories for a variety of digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality photo and video assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, CRM, PR and brand events.
• Capture food, cocktails, interiors, live performances and guest experiences across all COYA venues.
• Coordinate photoshoots, production schedules and manage external creative suppliers.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
• Travel internationally to support new openings, campaigns and key brand moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience producing photography and videography for hospitality, luxury‑lifestyle or related sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and travel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Capture One (preferred).
• Ability to create mobile‑first content for Instagram and TikTok.
