Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Creative Strategist to own the creative direction of two founder‑led e‑commerce brands, Saint Kaizen and Invicta Kuru. This role goes beyond coordination – you will develop concepts, turn insights into briefs, and use performance data to drive continuous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop paid‑ad concepts, hooks, scripts and detailed creative briefs for Meta, TikTok and other channels.
• Analyze creative performance data and translate findings into new angles and iterations.
• Create founder‑led and organic content concepts based on customer, competitor and cultural research.
• Build and maintain a clear creative testing roadmap across relevant platforms.
• Direct and manage editors, creators and content partners through execution.
• Provide specific feedback to improve final creative and keep a high‑quality pipeline of concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating performance‑driven direct‑response creative.
• Strong creative judgment with a portfolio of personally developed concepts.
• Deep understanding of hooks, offers, short‑form video and UGC.
• Confidence reading performance data and diagnosing why ads succeed or fail.
• Ability to generate original ideas while adapting proven structures.
• Excellent written communication and brief‑writing skills.
• High ownership, speed, attention to detail and comfort working closely with a founder.
• Experience with founder‑led, fashion, fitness, lifestyle or e‑commerce brands is a plus.
