Credit Collector – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Credit Collector will manage customer receivables and drive timely payments for TÜV SÜD in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with sales, finance and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve payment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts, track outstanding balances and maintain an aging analysis.
• Follow up with clients to secure timely payments and manage delinquent accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and track collection KPIs.
• Investigate invoice disputes, reconcile accounts and support internal year‑end audit.
• Ensure collection activities comply with UAE regulations and coordinate legal recovery when needed.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate with at least 3 years of credit collection experience, preferably in the UAE service sector.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate across functions.
