Credit Control Executive – 6‑Month Temporary Role

About the role

ITP Media Group, one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, is seeking a Credit Control Executive on a six‑month temporary contract. The role will support the Finance team in managing outstanding customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage efficient and timely collection of outstanding debtor accounts through phone, email and other correspondence.
• Perform cash allocation, account reconciliations and issue statements, invoices and credit notes.
• Set, monitor and update customer credit limits.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems for all transactions.
• Respond to internal and external finance‑related queries and liaise with Customer Service and Finance departments.
• Escalate non‑payment concerns to relevant stakeholders and take appropriate action.
• Support the Financial Controller in achieving departmental and group objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Confident communication skills for dealing with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time‑management, able to prioritize a demanding workload.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
