CRM Executive – Customer Relationship Management

About the role

A leading mineral water brand in the UAE is seeking a customer‑focused CRM Executive to join its Dubai operations. The role centers on managing client accounts, tracking order fulfillment, coordinating sales logistics and delivering end‑to‑end customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and audit client account profiles and interaction logs within the CRM platform.
• Coordinate customer orders and service requests directly with internal sales and logistics teams.
• Process inbound inquiries, conduct proactive account follow‑ups, and convert sales leads.
• Resolve customer service issues and product concerns promptly and professionally.
• Generate weekly CRM analytics, customer‑satisfaction logs and operational activity summaries for management review.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, with hands‑on experience in CRM, sales support or client care; FMCG/mineral‑water experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, ERP databases and digital communication tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, ability to multitask, resolve conflicts and work under operational deadlines; preference for female candidates on spouse visa.
