CRM Executive

About the role

The CRM Executive will manage the end‑to‑end customer journey for our real‑estate projects, from post‑sale through collections, Oqood registration, ongoing engagement and handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, ensuring accurate information, timely updates and a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for buyers after sales, responding to enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and in‑person.
• Monitor payment schedules, issue reminders, coordinate with Finance and maintain collection notes in the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute construction updates, project announcements and other buyer communications.
• Track unit readiness, coordinate statements of account and ensure all documentation and final payments are completed before handover.
• Log, track and follow up on customer complaints, escalating complex cases to the Head of CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Projects and Handover teams to ensure seamless service continuity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of CRM or customer‑service experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Organised, customer‑focused and able to manage multiple buyer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
• Proactive in identifying recurring issues and reporting trends to management.
