CRM Representative

About the role

The CRM Representative will support the expansion of Car Bodyworx's service business by engaging fleet, corporate and retail customers. You will work closely with the Service Manager to drive CRM campaigns, develop service packages and ensure high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact rent‑a‑car companies, fleet customers, insurance firms and government entities to generate service business.
• Develop customized service packages for fleet and corporate clients.
• Reach out to lapsed customers with special offers to win them back.
• Promote service contracts and extended warranties to retail customers.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Service Manager.
• Gather competitor pricing and campaign information.
• Follow up on overdue payments as requested by CCD.
• Execute CRM campaigns according to instructions and track their performance.
• Assist the Service Manager with day‑to‑day coordination across departments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to create meaningful campaign performance reports.
• Handle customer problems and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties or special projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (desirable).
• 2–3 years of administrative or support experience (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with campaign management or marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools.
