CRM & Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The CRM & Sales Operations Specialist will manage the company’s CRM platform and oversee the end‑to‑end sales pipeline. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures digital leads are captured, allocated to Business Development Executives and converted into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the corporate CRM system (Odoo or Cezcon) independently.
• Capture, organize and categorize inbound leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Distribute leads to Business Development Executives and monitor their progress through each sales stage.
• Track follow‑up schedules, deal closures, lost opportunities and active quotations.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly dashboards on lead sources, conversion rates, sales revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to improve lead quality, pipeline workflows and system automations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Marketing.
• Professional CRM certification (e.g., Odoo, Cezcon, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Minimum two years of hands‑on CRM administration experience.
• Experience in storage, shelving, industrial or construction sectors is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build reporting dashboards.
