CRM Specialist

About the role

Tamara, a leading fintech platform in the GCC, is looking for a CRM Specialist to own the design, execution, and optimisation of complex lifecycle campaigns. You will be the technical backbone of the CRM function, ensuring automated, scalable, and highly personalised customer journeys across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel customer journeys (email, push, in‑app, SMS) with advanced segmentation and automation.
• Configure and maintain sophisticated CRM logic using Liquid scripting, dynamic content, webhooks and connected content.
• Define and drive CRM strategy for key initiatives such as lifecycle management and product adoption.
• Manage complex CRM workflows, integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour to continuously improve targeting, content and triggers.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on CRM tools, ensuring best practices in template design, deliverability and compliance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on CRM experience in fast‑paced B2C environments, preferably fintech.
• Proven track record building and managing complex automated campaigns on enterprise‑level platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and data flows.

Required skills

• Experience with Braze, CleverTap or Iterable.
• Advanced Liquid scripting, dynamic content, webhooks and connected content.
• Multi‑channel campaign execution (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
• Segmentation, personalization and automation expertise.
• Data‑driven optimisation and performance analysis.
