CRM Supervisor – Porsche

About the role

Ali & Sons Motors is seeking a CRM Supervisor to lead its CRM and Call Centre functions for the Porsche brand. The role focuses on managing customer data, campaigns, and journeys to boost engagement, loyalty, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the CRM strategy aligned with commercial and customer experience goals.
• Lead and supervise the CRM and Call Centre team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the CRM system.
• Create segmentation and personalized communications for cross‑selling, upselling, retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day CRM platform usage, identify automation and integration opportunities.
• Define and monitor CRM KPIs such as engagement, conversion, churn, ROI and database growth.
• Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, E‑commerce, Customer Experience, IT and other stakeholders.
• Continuously improve CRM processes, workflows and quality controls.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a CRM or customer‑focused supervisory role.
• Experience managing CRM and/or Call Centre teams.
• Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation and journey design.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
