About the role
The Crust Server Assistant supports the restaurant team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi by ensuring tables are set, cleared and reset to the brand’s standards, and by assisting servers in delivering a seamless dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Describe menu items to guests with vivid details, including origin, taste and preparation.
- Communicate guest orders, special requests and dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Coordinate food timing, verify kitchen output against orders and deliver dishes promptly.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout the dining experience.
- Clear, clean and reset tables according to Four Seasons standards.
- Assist servers with beverage service and side work as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an upscale or fine‑dining restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong guest‑service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
