About the role
The Culinary Intern – Steak House position offers a hands‑on learning experience within the renowned Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program, where you will learn first‑hand about a hotel’s operations and be immersed in Marriott’s culture and business. The program allows you to experience the industry from the ground up, gaining hands‑on experience in hotel management and preparing you for a career in hospitality. You will also be expected to uphold the Gold Standards of service that define the Ritz‑Carlton brand each day.
Key responsibilities
- Learn first‑hand about hotel operations.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real‑world hotel tasks.
- Gain hands‑on experience in hotel management.
- Ensure the Gold Standards are delivered graciously each day.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Available to work full‑time during the internship period.
