Customer Acquisition Specialist – UAE Nationals (Dubai)

About the role

The Customer Acquisition Specialist will join Citigroup's Citigold acquisition team in Dubai, focusing on outbound sales to attract and upgrade UAE national clients. The role is target‑driven, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of wealth‑management products.

Key responsibilities

• Upgrade existing Citi Blue relationships to Citigold or Citi Private by upsizing funding and deepening client relationships.
• Generate and qualify leads for the field sales team, ensuring all predefined parameters are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new‑to‑bank (NTB) accounts, funding, and client upgrades.
• Maintain complete KYC documentation for originated accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and field sales teams to identify conversion opportunities.
• Refer clients to Investment Professionals for investment and insurance needs.
• Stay informed on economic and capital‑market trends to engage prospects effectively.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service while adhering to compliance, code of conduct, and sales guidelines.
