About the role
We are seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dubai, providing exceptional support to our clients. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer inquiries.
- Address complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Record interactions and maintain accurate logs in the CRM and central database.
- Stay informed about company products and services to deliver correct details.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm satisfaction and close outstanding matters.
- Notify customers of updates from other business units regarding their cases.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures for call handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer handling roles.
