Customer Care Consultant (UAE National)

About the role

Maylaa Group is looking for a Customer Care Consultant who is an UAE national to provide excellent service across its stores and online channels. The role involves handling enquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Handle complaints and follow up until resolution.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, deliveries, returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and case updates.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to service processes.
• Prepare regular reports on feedback, complaints and resolutions.

Required profile

• UAE national with a UAE national book.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail, perfumes, beauty or luxury products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple enquiries promptly.
• Customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer service or CRM systems.
