About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Customer Service Associate to join Emirates NBD’s contact centre in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves handling incoming calls, answering customer queries and providing accurate information about our banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Provide clear and accurate information about banking products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Log and route service requests to the appropriate departments.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, data privacy, and information security standards.

Required profile

UAE National with a Family Book.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and on rotational shifts, including weekends.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
