About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused, professional representative to assist our clients throughout their journey with Simera. The role involves handling inquiries via multiple channels, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Assist customers with requests, account‑related questions, orders, services, or general issues.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, support, call centre or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, positive and customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms.
• Proficiency using email, chat and other digital communication tools.
