Customer Experience Agent

About the role

Driven Properties, a leading Dubai real‑estate brokerage, is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to be the first point of contact for clients across phone, WhatsApp, email and other digital channels. The role focuses on delivering the premium service standards of the company and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial enquiry through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and live‑chat platforms.
• Respond professionally within established service level agreements.
• Qualify and route enquiries to the appropriate sales, leasing or support teams.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Resolve or appropriately escalate complaints and complex issues.
• Follow up with clients to confirm timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Listings, Marketing, Conveyancing and Operations.
• Support customer‑satisfaction initiatives and uphold the company’s premium service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑experience, contact‑centre or call‑centre environment.
• Proven ability to manage both phone and digital communication channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience in real‑estate is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
