Customer Experience Manager

About the role

The Customer Experience Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end journey of renters and partners using the Mifta platform. The role ensures a smooth, positive experience by monitoring interactions, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer interactions and resolve complex service issues.
• Implement processes to improve satisfaction, retention and overall experience.
• Collaborate with product, operations and partner teams to gather feedback and analyse customer data.
• Design and launch initiatives that enhance usability and support.
• Train frontline staff and create customer communication standards.
• Report on key experience metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication and service skills.
• Solid analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience in customer success, account management or service operations within a tech or real‑estate environment (beneficial).
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
