Customer Relations Officer – Member Services

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer will be the main liaison for members of SEVEN’s premium club in Dubai, ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient and adds value. You will deliver personalized assistance, resolve issues promptly and help members discover the club’s upgraded services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, answering questions, taking feedback and handling complaints with empathy.
• Guide members through onboarding, renewals, cancellations and account updates while safeguarding data privacy.
• Promote membership upgrades, class bookings and premium services, driving revenue and member satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, wellness and operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Conduct guided tours for prospective members, showcasing facilities and recommending tailored experiences.
• Identify at‑risk members and implement retention strategies to maintain high engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting events, offers and special programmes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a strong sense of professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple member requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality.
• Experience working in a service‑focused environment, preferably in hospitality or wellness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or member‑management software.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email and internet navigation).
