Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will manage deposit and finance account services at ADIB’s Al Khawaneej branch, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and promoting the bank’s brand. The role combines operational control, sales, and staff coordination to support the branch’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposit account documentation, open/close accounts, and handle related inquiries while adhering to KYC and Central Bank guidelines.
• Manage finance account paperwork, prepare loan applications, maintain customer files, and input data accurately into banking systems.
• Sell and cross‑sell ADIB products, support branch sales targets, and contribute to budget variance analysis.
• Lead a team of subordinates, plan training, conduct appraisals, and ensure compliance with internal audit and ICD comments.
• Identify workflow improvements and support continuous process enhancements.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Thorough understanding of UAE banking regulations, Central Bank directives, and internal operational policies.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, account documentation, and sales in a banking environment.
• Ability to manage staff, coordinate training, and meet performance targets.
