About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will act as a trusted advisor for Emirates NBD’s UAE national customers, providing tailored financial guidance and supporting their banking needs. The role combines proactive product promotion with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to meet both customer satisfaction and business targets.

Key responsibilities

Offer personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Provide clear information on the bank’s offerings during face‑to‑face and phone interactions.
Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities to increase product uptake.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
Achieve assigned financial and service targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Required profile

UAE national with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer‑focused mindset with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
Goal‑oriented attitude capable of meeting sales and service objectives.
