Customer Sales Support Executive

About the role

Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a proactive Customer Sales Support Executive. This full‑time position will act as the primary liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to help meet targets.
• Maintain and update client records and sales data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
• Deliver after‑sales support to foster long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software.
