Customer Service Adviser – Hybrid (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join Bupa Global’s telephone‑based servicing team in Dubai. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will assist our international members with policy enquiries, billing issues and documentation, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member enquiries about health‑insurance policies via phone or written correspondence.
• Process membership changes, re‑issue and track documents, and update member contact details.
• Collect payments manually from credit cards, handle billing queries, raise credit notes and invoices, and issue payment receipts.
• Assist providers and brokers with queries and coordinate medical treatment setups.
• Maintain accurate system records and support internal departments to overcome cultural and language barriers.
• Investigate and resolve member complaints.
• Work 8‑hour shifts between 08:00 – 20:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Training in a medical environment and prior experience in health‑insurance operations.
• Experience working in the UAE and knowledge of UAE health‑insurance regulations.
• Strong focus on customer service within an insurance setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work the specified shift pattern.
