Customer Service Adviser – UAE National (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Bupa Global’s customer service team in Dubai as a Customer Service Adviser. This permanent, hybrid position offers four days of remote work and one day in the office, with 6‑hour shifts (30 hours per week) between 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries about their health insurance policies via phone or written correspondence.
• Process membership changes, reissue and track member documents, and update contact details.
• Collect payments manually from credit cards, handle billing inquiries, and raise manual credit notes and invoices.
• Issue payment receipts for individual and group payments.
• Respond to provider (broker) queries and coordinate with service partners to arrange medical treatments.
• Maintain accurate system records and support internal departments to overcome cultural and language barriers.
• Investigate and resolve member complaints.

Required profile

• UAE National with a family book (proof required).
• University degree (certificate required).
• Previous training in a medical environment.
• Experience in health insurance within the UAE, including knowledge of UAE health insurance regulations.
• Demonstrated focus on excellent customer service in an insurance setting.
