Customer Service Agent – Emirati Talent

About the role

Join Rotana’s Loyalty Programme team as a Customer Service Agent, representing the Rotana Rewards brand to Emirati members and prospects. You will combine hospitality expertise with sales acumen to turn enquiries into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and potential members, delivering accurate and engaging assistance.
• Promote Rotana Rewards through consultative sales conversations and achieve daily membership targets.
• Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information.
• Handle questions, objections and queries with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure every call is answered promptly and all interactions meet the highest service standards.
• Stay updated on Rotana promotions, events, facilities and experiences across properties.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data while safeguarding member confidentiality.
• Utilise Rotana systems, the website, online booking platforms, Microsoft Office and Outlook effectively.
• Collaborate with the Rotana Rewards team to meet programme goals and support day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an asset.
• Proactive, outgoing, charismatic and able to work independently while promoting the brand.
• Team‑player with a structured, goal‑oriented work philosophy.

Required skills

• Amateo CRM (customer relationship management) system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Microsoft Outlook.
