Customer Service Agent – French Speaking

About the role

Wheely is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join its Dubai office. You will be the voice of the brand, handling calls, live chats and emails for both passengers and chauffeurs, ensuring every journey runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service across phone, chat and email channels.
• Meet operational SLAs and protect customers' time.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and achieve satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues for passengers and drivers quickly.
• Escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within a luxury service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, on‑site.
