Customer Service Agent – French Speaking

About the role

Wheely is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent who will represent the brand to French‑speaking passengers and chauffeurs. Based in Dubai Internet City, you will work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 contact centre, handling calls, live chats and emails while delivering the premium experience expected from a luxury transportation service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier customer service across phone, chat and email channels.
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and meet satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues raised by passengers and chauffeurs promptly.
• Prioritise, analyse and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume contact centre environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts on‑site.
• Technical proficiency with standard office tools.
