About the role

The Customer Service and Operations Executive will act as the bridge between our customers and internal processes, ensuring a high level of satisfaction while supporting efficient business operations. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and continuously improving service delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to boost satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Oversee daily operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Train and support team members to enhance service delivery.
• Implement and uphold customer service policies and standards.
• Conduct regular process audits and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
• Manage CRM systems to track performance and generate insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer service and operations management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
