Customer Service Executive (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our home‑maintenance customers in the UAE. You will handle inbound calls and WhatsApp messages, explain our services and pricing, and schedule appointments with the appropriate technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming customer calls professionally in Arabic and English.
• Respond quickly to WhatsApp enquiries using correct written Arabic and English.
• Identify customer issues, recommend the appropriate service, and explain charges and maintenance packages.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments while coordinating daily schedules with technicians.
• Record every enquiry, booking, and customer detail accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending quotations, missed enquiries, and post‑service satisfaction.
• Promote annual maintenance contracts to one‑time repair customers.
• Provide daily reports on calls, bookings, and conversions to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or reception (home services, facilities management or real‑estate preferred).
• Fluent spoken Arabic and English; written Arabic is essential.
• Currently residing in the UAE with a valid, transferable visa.
• Sales‑mindset with confidence recommending packages and following up.

Required skills

• WhatsApp Business for handling multiple chats.
• Experience with CRM or booking software.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
