Customer Service Executive – Supply Chain & CMO Operations

About the role

This position is part of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company's Supply Chain team in the UAE. It focuses on managing Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) and external manufacturing activities rather than traditional customer service duties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end Contract Manufacturing Operations and external manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance and Logistics functions.
• Ensure timely conversion of semi‑finished goods to finished goods.
• Manage cross‑border shipments, trade routes, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution.
• Work with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and external manufacturing partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability and supply continuity.
• Track freight, warehousing and distribution costs against budget.
• Support budgeting, cost control, variance analysis and P&L reporting.
• Handle vendor payments, purchase orders and supplier performance.
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain or Supply Planning.
• Background in pharmaceutical, FMCG, healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Hands‑on exposure to Contract Manufacturing Organizations or external manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing cross‑border shipments, freight forwarding, warehousing and 3PL providers.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, P&L tracking and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
