Customer Service Manager – Client Experience (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Customer Service Manager – Client Experience in Corporate Banking will be responsible for answering and resolving customer queries, coordinating with supporting units, and freeing up Relationship Managers' time, thereby helping large corporate RMs generate additional business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as focal point for all non‑trade corporate queries such as remittance, cheque clearing and account opening.
• Support the Team Leader and Customer Service Manager to ensure high‑quality service for corporate customers and meet unit SLAs.
• Log all queries in the CRM system, identify root causes and propose process improvements.
• Escalate issues promptly to supervisors and track problem resolution across back‑office processes.
• Provide proactive service to corporate clients in the UAE and overseas, understanding their needs and promoting bank products.

Required profile

• University graduate with 3–5 years of corporate customer service experience.
• Prior cash‑management or operations experience (minimum 2 years) is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM applications.
• Cash‑management and liquidity (pooling/cash concentration) knowledge.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new processing systems.
