Customer Service Officer – Emiratisation (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Rakbank is seeking motivated UAE Nationals to join its Retail Banking team as Customer Service Officers. This position offers a solid foundation for a banking career while delivering high‑quality service to customers and supporting branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking needs and resolving queries efficiently.
• Process branch service requests accurately, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Support branch operations through handling customer requests, service transactions, and operational activities.
• Promote and encourage the use of RAKBANK’s digital banking channels and self‑service solutions.
• Manage branch deliverables such as cards, cheque books, statements, certificates, letters and other documentation.
• Maintain adherence to service standards, regulatory requirements and operational controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency within a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, branch operations, retail, hospitality, sales or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively within a team.
