Customer Service Representative – Business Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Business Banking division. You will act as the first point of contact for business customers, handling a wide range of requests and complaints to enhance their experience and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with all types of service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high CSAT scores.
• Receive, investigate, and resolve service requests assigned to the centre, forwarding emails from RMs and internal departments as needed.
• Reduce errors while performing transactions on BPM and Tracksoft systems.
• Document knowledge, process, or system gaps and provide feedback to relevant units.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in a customer service role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Finnacle and Finnone platforms.
• Knowledge of Tracksoft and BPM transaction tools.
