Customer Service Representative – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

FAMCO is seeking a customer‑focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding experience for commercial vehicle customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication across the service journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and walk‑in interactions, providing accurate product, service and pricing information.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and keep customers informed throughout their service process.
• Receive, document and investigate complaints, coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships through clear communication, support retention and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems, prepare service reports and ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
