Customer Service Representative – Insurance

About the role

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join its insurance team in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the policy lifecycle. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide detailed information on policies, coverage, premiums, renewals, endorsements and claims procedures.
• Assist customers with applications, renewals, cancellations, endorsements and account updates.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance and operations to address customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and insurance management systems.
• Educate customers about available insurance products and services.
• Monitor satisfaction levels and contribute to service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within insurance, banking or financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
