About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at First Abu Dhabi Bank, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering accurate information and timely assistance. You will help maintain the bank’s reputation for high‑quality service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the bank’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and improve service processes.
• Promote bank products and services in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple queries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in banking or call‑center environments preferred.
