Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will join Cheezee Global’s Dubai office to assist clients using the company’s payment solutions. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing clear information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email and chat channels.
• Provide accurate information about payment solutions and resolve issues promptly.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical or account‑related concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support onboarding and education for new users.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with experience in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in financial services, fintech or payment solutions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field is preferred.
