Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor

About the role

Al Salehi is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to support its UAE automotive service operations. The role combines a technical background in mechanical engineering with strong communication skills to guide customers through the vehicle‑service process, from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle‑service enquiries and requirements.
• Coordinate service appointments, follow‑ups, and customer communications.
• Provide timely updates on service progress and completion.
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to address customer requirements.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and high service satisfaction.
• Support daily service operations and customer‑experience processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service orders and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical teams.
• Understanding of vehicle‑service processes (preferred).
• Problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and professional communication style.
• Knowledge of automotive service operations and appointment coordination.
